QuoteAnvil, the QuoteAnvil name, logos, product names, page designs, source code, software architecture, workflows, user interface elements, templates, calculators, prompts, documentation, graphics, marketing content, and other materials made available by us are owned by QuoteAnvil or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, trade secret, unfair competition, and other intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited access rights expressly granted in our Terms of Service, we reserve all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service and our intellectual property. No rights are transferred to you by implication, estoppel, public availability, or your use of the Service.

You may access and use QuoteAnvil materials only as necessary to use the Service for your internal business purposes and only in compliance with our Terms of Service, this notice, and applicable law.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, scrape, crawl, frame, mirror, resell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly display, publish, train machine-learning models on, create competing datasets from, or create derivative works based on QuoteAnvil materials unless we give you written permission or the law expressly allows it.

The Service includes proprietary software, business logic, database structures, estimation workflows, pricing helpers, AI prompt patterns, interface designs, and operational know-how. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass access controls, probe non-public endpoints, or attempt to discover source code, trade secrets, security logic, model prompts, or implementation details except where non-waivable law allows it.

Competitors, agencies, crawlers, automated agents, and data brokers may not use QuoteAnvil to benchmark, clone, replicate, extract, or build a substantially similar quoting, estimating, invoicing, scheduling, payment, AI-photo, or contractor workflow product without our written permission.

You retain ownership of business records, customer data, job photos, logos, addresses, contact details, estimates, invoices, prompts, and other materials you upload or create in your account, subject to the rights you grant us in the Terms of Service to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights, permissions, licenses, consent, and legal basis needed to upload, process, publish, send, or share customer information, photos, logos, third-party materials, and AI inputs through QuoteAnvil.

QuoteAnvil may help generate line items, estimate drafts, customer messages, diagrams, photo prompts, marketing copy, template language, and other AI-assisted outputs. These outputs are provided for review and editing by your business; they are not legal, tax, engineering, building-code, or professional advice.

You must review AI-assisted outputs before using or sending them. We do not guarantee that generated content is original, non-infringing, complete, accurate, suitable for your trade, or compliant with laws, codes, licenses, permits, supplier terms, platform rules, or customer contracts.

QuoteAnvil, product names, logos, icons, slogans, and related brand assets are trademarks, service marks, or trade dress of QuoteAnvil. You may not use them in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, certification, or affiliation without written permission.

All third-party names, logos, products, and services mentioned in the Service belong to their respective owners. References to third-party tools, payment providers, accounting systems, aerial-report providers, or social platforms do not imply endorsement or partnership unless expressly stated by us.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, workflows, templates, prompts, or other feedback, you grant QuoteAnvil a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and incorporate that feedback into our products, services, documentation, and business without compensation or obligation to you.

If you believe material available through QuoteAnvil infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, contact us at support@quoteanvil.com with enough detail for us to identify the material, your contact information, proof of ownership or authorization, the legal basis for your claim, and a statement that the information you provide is accurate.

For copyright reports, include the work you claim was infringed, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your physical or electronic signature, a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner. We may remove or restrict access to material, notify the account holder, request more information, reject incomplete notices, and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

Unauthorized use of QuoteAnvil materials may violate civil and criminal laws. We may suspend accounts, block access, revoke permissions, remove content, preserve evidence, notify service providers, pursue injunctive relief, damages, attorneys' fees, and any other remedies available under law or contract.

This notice supplements our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Security page, and other posted policies. If there is a conflict, the Terms of Service control unless non-waivable law requires a different result.
