Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll only pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, you'll receive credit toward your next billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Absolutely. All plans come with a 14-day free trial, with a payment method required. You'll have full access to all features in your chosen tier.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Our listed prices are already our best annual rates. We don't offer monthly billing — this keeps our prices low and predictable for you.
What happens if I exceed my AI credits?
You can purchase additional AI credits as needed, or upgrade to a higher tier for more credits. We'll always notify you before you run out.
How long do I keep invoices, estimates, and customer records?

What about schedule history?
Schedule history is retained for 5 years. We plan to provide export reminders as schedule entries approach that window, with CSV or similar export options so you can keep your own archive.
Can I buy more storage?
Yes. Each plan includes storage, and additional storage add-ons can be purchased when your company grows past the included amount. Storage upgrades will be handled through Stripe checkout links or billing portal options.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use enterprise-grade security with encrypted data storage, secure authentication, and regular security audits. Your data is never shared or sold.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within the first 30 days if you're not satisfied. After 30 days, you can cancel anytime but refunds are not provided for unused time.
